JOHN SADTLER

President and Chief Executive Officer

John Sadtler earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Louisville. He previously worked at SIHO from 1999 to 2005 as Director of Network Services and Vice President of Business Development.

In 2005, he went to work for Humana, Inc. in their corporate office, and five years later, he served as Humana’s Midwest Regional Chief Operating Officer and led a $5 billion organization, taking the operation from one focused on a commodity sales approach to one focused on a successful wellness and productivity approach. John also has experience with United Healthcare of Kentucky and Wyeth-Lederle/Upjohn Company.

In 2014, John returned to SIHO to serve as Vice President of Business Development, Strategy, and Product Innovation. Since his return, SIHO has seen an increase in membership in all of its business operating units. John also believes in creating a unique customer experience that SIHO can provide as a provider-owned organization.

John became President and CEO of SIHO Insurance Services in 2017.

WENDY NEWELL

Chief Financial Officer

Wendy Newell provides leadership for the accounting, financial reporting, and underwriting departments at SIHO. She is a Certified Public Accountant with thirty years of financial, accounting, consulting, and audit experience, with over twenty years in the healthcare industry.

She is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration with a major in accounting. Her past roles have included being the Vice President of Finance for a large subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services that operated in eleven states; co-owning and operating a home health agency; previously serving as the Director of Finance/CFO to KentuckyOne Health Partners; being a Finance Director for Humana for 11 years; as well as providing consultative and project management services to Fortune 500 companies as a Tax Consulting Manager for Ernst & Young. Wendy has been with SIHO since August 2021.

ASHLEY GARCIA

Chief Administrative Officer

Ashley Garcia is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Management and Policy.

Before joining SIHO, Ashley spent time at the Hudson Institute in Washington, D.C., researching ACOs, health care policy, and disaster preparedness. She began her time at SIHO in 2014, leading the Employer Services team. Ashley has led many functions within the SIHO organization including SIHO’s Fully Insured Operations, Implementation, and Account Management. Her current responsibilities include Corporate Strategy, Customer Service, Marketing, and Human Resources. Ashley was part of the Executive Steering Committee who developed and launched SIHO’s Medicare Advantage plan, MyTruAdvantage. Through her work with MyTruAdvantage, she has gained experience in working closely with the health system partners marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and brand recognition. Ashley currently serves on the board of the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce.

She resides in Columbus with her husband. They have two daughters, ages one and three.

MARC ROTHBART

Senior Vice President, SIHO Commercial Operations

Marc Rothbart is the senior executive responsible for all SIHO commercial products, overseeing our HMO, TPA, Backroom Private Label, and Clinically Integrated Network products.

Marc has been in the industry for 40 years and has been with SIHO since 1999. He began his career with United Healthcare working his way up through the management ranks to a position of Vice President of Upstate New York Operations. During his tenure with SIHO, he took 5 years, from 2015 to 2020, and at the request of SIHO ownership, started Inspire Health Partners, a Clinically Integrated Network and a Medicare Accountable Care Organization.

Marc has played multiple executive roles over his 25 years at SIHO and continues to work toward SIHO financial success and growth.

LISA WARD

Vice President of Sales

Lisa Ward joined SIHO in December 2024 as Vice President of Sales for MyTruAdvantage. Lisa spent 30 years at Humana, which included Financial Underwriting, Group Sales, Group Medicare Sales, and most recently Regional Director of Sales, Indiana and Michigan. As a strategic leader at Humana, she was instrumental in driving Medicare Advantage membership growth to over 380,000 members within her region. Her oversight encompassed end-to-end program development, including regulatory compliance, product innovation, market expansion, growth strategies, multi-channel distribution, marketing strategy, and provider engagement. Additionally, Lisa holds several key relationships within the Medicare Advantage market including agents/FMOs, vendors, and providers. Lisa is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales strategy and field performance for MyTruAdvantage.

Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Indiana Health and Life license, and AHIP certification. She lives in Noblesville, Indiana with her husband, Trent, and her Sheepadoodle, Lucy.

AUSTIN BREY

Vice President, MyTruAdvantage

Austin Brey leads the operations and growth strategy for MyTruAdvantage, SIHO’s Medicare Advantage business. Prior to joining SIHO in April 2024, Austin was responsible for Indiana’s Medicare Market Operations at Centene/Wellcare. The bulk of Austin’s career was at Humana, where he spent 12 years working on Medicare Advantage growth/expansion strategy, product design, and Quality/Medicare Stars Improvement, primarily in the New York, New Jersey, and New England region.

Austin earned his bachelor’s degree in history/economics from Dartmouth College and his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He lives in Louisville, Kentucky with his wife, Diana, and his 6-year-old triplets, Hudson, Brooks, and Savannah.

MICHAEL CLANCY

Vice President, Information Technology

Mike Clancy earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University. He began his technology career at Arnett Health Plans in Lafayette, IN, as a computer programmer and analyst. Mike joined SIHO in 1994 as a computer programmer and analyst. He became Manager of Technology in 1996, Director of Information Services in 1999, and has been in his current role as VP of Information Technology Services since 2002.

His responsibilities include the management of infrastructure, programming services, data systems integration, Data Management, IT strategy, Cyber security, and corporate facilities. Mike is involved with several national, regional, and vendor technical advisory groups and has over 30 years’ experience in the health benefits administration industry.

GARETH MASSARD

Vice President, Operations

Gary Massard joined SIHO in November 2019 as Senior Director, Medical Economics & Risk, and was named Vice President of Operations in June 2020. Gary entered the healthcare industry in 1987 as a Sales Associate with an agency in Jacksonville, FL, before joining Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida in 1991. Over nearly 17 years at BCBSFL, Gary served in a variety of leadership roles in Claims, Service Operations, Quality Improvement, and both field and corporate Finance roles in the Jacksonville and Miami offices. Gary then spent about a year with WellCare Health Plans in Tampa, FL, before joining Humana in Louisville, KY, in 2009. At Humana, he served for 5 years as Finance Director for an 11-state area, then as National Director of Medical Cost and Trend Analytics for Humana’s Employer Group segment.

Prior to his healthcare career, Gary was an officer in the U.S. Navy, serving as a Surface Warfare Officer aboard USS FAHRION (FFG-22) in the Engineering and Weapons departments. His deployments included the eastern Mediterranean Sea, the Persian Gulf, and Central and South America.

A native of Palo Alto, CA, Gary grew up in Menlo Park, CA, and currently lives in Corydon, IN. He holds a BS Degree in Management from Purdue University and an MBA in Health Services Management from Duke University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Gary and his wife, Tracy, have been married since May 1983. They have two grown children and three grandchildren.

JORDAN KIEL

Vice President, Clinical and Network Integration

Jordan Kiel joined SIHO in September 2013 as a member of the Network Contracting Team. In his time at SIHO he has led many initiatives throughout the organization. This includes the development and sales of the SIHO Marketplace product as well as the creation and business development of many Direct to Employer Health Plan arrangements with SIHO’s Health System Partners. In 2016, Jordan relocated to Quincy, Illinois to lead the project implementation, strategic development, sales, and day-to-day operations of Current Health Solutions which is a responsibility he still maintains today. In 2022, Jordan relocated back to Indiana and was promoted to Vice President, Integrated Care Delivery and has oversight of all SIHO’s Medical Management functions such as Case Management, Utilization Review, and the organizations Quality and ACO related initiatives. He also works closely with the executive leadership team on strategic opportunities and further enhancing SIHO’s value proposition and health system partnerships.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Administration from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana. Jordan and his wife Tanya have been married since 2021 and have a toddler-aged son.

ERIC FISH MD, MBA, FACOG

President and Chief Executive Officer Schneck Medical Center

SIHO Chairman of the Board

Dr. Eric Fish joined Schneck Medical Center in 2005 and launched Schneck Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2006. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Dr. Fish has held the positions of staff physician, Medical Director of Schneck OB/GYN, Vice President of Physician Practices, Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2020, Dr. Fish assumed his present position as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. Fish graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He obtained his MBA from the University of Tennessee.

Memberships: American College of Healthcare Executives; Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Fish is a Fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

PATRICK MCGILL MD, DHA, MBA, FAAFP

President and Chief Executive Officer

Community Health Network

Dr. Patrick McGill serves as Network President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2026. Previously he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at Community Health Network in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he leads strategic initiatives that have generated over $50 million in cost savings and revenue enhancements. A board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience, Dr. McGill combines his medical expertise with business acumen, holding an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics from the University of Southern Indiana and recently completed a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration at the University of Central Michigan.

Named among Becker's Hospital Review's "Inspiring Chief Transformation Officers in Healthcare" for three consecutive years, he has transformed Community Health Network into a technology and data-driven organization. Past roles included serving as Chief Analytics Officer and Senior Vice President of Clinical Strategies, where he established the Office of Network Analytics and led the transition to value-based care models. He currently chairs the Indiana Health Information Exchange Board of Directors and serves on multiple boards including SIHO Insurance Services, Indianapolis Chamber, Indiana Hospital Association and the Community Health Network Foundation. As Principal Investigator for the Grail EACH Trial investigating multi-cancer early detection technology, and through his leadership in health equity initiatives, Dr. McGill continues to demonstrate his commitment to innovative healthcare solutions that improve clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and patient experience.

JAMES PORTER MD, FACHE, FACP, FAAP

President, Physician Division

Deaconess Health System, Inc

Dr. Porter joined Deaconess Hospital in 2000 as an adult and pediatric hospitalist & was appointed Vice President of Medical Affairs in 2002. He has been a part of the senior executive team which has lead Deaconess Health System’s growth from a single hospital and small primary care physician group into a major referral and teaching integrated health system with 20 hospitals and 2,000 employed providers serving over 1.2 million people in three states.

Today he leads the physician division of one of the top-rated health systems for quality, safety, patient and employee engagement, and financial performance in Indiana. He has also leads one of the top performing Medicare ACO’s in the nation and the expansion of teaching at Deaconess to include 4 residency programs and 2 fellowships.

Deaconess has been named the US News number 2 hospital in Indiana for six years running, HealthGrades’ best 250 hospitals, Forbes Best Large Employers in America, Forbes Best Employers for Diversity and the only HIMSS 7 inpatient and outpatient health system in Indiana.

James received his BA in microbiology, magna cum laude, from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and his MD from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky and is board certified in both specialties. Dr. Porter is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American College of Physicians and of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

He is actively involved in our community including serving on numerous boards including the IU School of Medicine-Evansville Community Advisory Committee, Southern Indiana Graduate Education Consortium (SIGMEC), Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP), Warrick County Chamber of Commerce, Evansville Aquatics Foundation and Scouting America Buffalo Trace Council. He is the former chair of the United Way of Southwest Indiana board and served as the 2019 United Way Campaign chair.

DEBBIE MANN CPA, MBA

Chief Financial Officer

Schneck Medical Center

Debbie Mann began her career at Schneck in 1994 as a staff accountant. Since that time, she has held progressive leadership roles, including Director of Accounting and Controller, before being named Vice President of Fiscal Services in February 2014. She later served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and, in early 2026, was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Schneck.

Before joining Schneck, Ms. Mann spent six years in public accounting as a Senior Accountant with Blue and Company. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Ms. Mann maintains active involvement in numerous professional and community organizations. Her professional affiliations include Inspire Health Partners, Board of Managers; Jackson County Visitor Center, Board of Directors; Independent Hospital Network Sourcing Group, Board of Directors; Indiana Hospital Association, Council on Finance; SIHO Holdings Inc., Board of Directors; and Jackson Medical Building, Board of Directors.

She is also a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Indiana CPA Society, American College of Healthcare Executives, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
